06. In what increments does DialNoPIN bill?
07. How will I be charged when a local access number isn’t available?

1. How do I register my home phone or cell phone as PINfree setting?
Log into your personal account, and go to Account Summary page. Enter the phone number you wish to call out by clicking register under “PINfree Settings”. We strongly suggest do not set public phone as Pinfree setting.

2. How do I recharge my account?
Click “Recharge here” on your left function menu bar, and select the PIN number you wish to add more value.

3. How can I update my account information?
To update address, email and billing information simply login to your account, go to the “Personal Info Update”.

4. What is the occasional 55¢ surcharge that sometimes appears on my account calling history?
Generally, it is a payphone connection charge that is connected to what is required by the federal government. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) allows public/payphone service providers to charge a service fee for all calling card usage. This fee applies when a toll-free number is dialed, irrespective of whether it is the caller's ultimate destination(s). And as a result, DialNoPIN is forced to pass on the 55¢ surcharge to its calling card users.

The 55¢ surcharge may apply for calls placed from the following locations:

(1). Public payphone
(2). Hotel/hospital phone
(3). College dormitory or apartment
(4). Residence without a long distance provider; or a residence with calling restrictions
(5). Other commercial phone systems

you can identify the surcharge as an extra charge above the corresponding call in your account billing information. We do not control whether the surcharge will be imposed from any particular phone. Therefore, this can only be determined after placing a call. In general, all public payphones incur this charge. Not all of the other locations listed above impose such a surcharge.

5. Does my PIN have expiration date?
No, there is no expiration date for your PIN as long as you use DialNoPIN service.

6. In what increments does DialNoPIN bill?
DialNoPIN bills in full minute increments.

7. How will I be charged when a local access number isn’t available?
We provide toll-free access numbers for an additional charge. Please press here for rates and toll-free numbers!

8. How do I receive credit for un-connected calls?
A request for credit on a call with connection problem will be considered if the call is less than one minute in duration; and the same number was dialed within two minutes of the initial attempt. Please send a trouble ticket through your personal account with the time, date, and the destination phone number of the call. Once confirmed and verified, minute(s) will be credited to your account along with an email stating that it has been credited. DialNoPIN only accept within 15 days of the call. A general request of “all one minute calls within the last 15 days” will not be accepted
